Job Title: Crane / Rigging SupervisorThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and controlling lifting operations, leading and coordinating rigging teams, ensuring full compliance with safety procedures, preparing, reviewing, and implementing lifting plans, and coordinating with project teams for safe execution of lifting activities.This role requires a high degree of technical competence, strong leadership skills, and a focus on safety. The ideal candidate must be capable of making confident decisions and taking charge of complex lifting operations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and control lifting operations to ensure compliance with safety procedures.Lead and coordinate rigging teams to achieve successful outcomes.Prepare, review, and implement lifting plans in accordance with industry standards.Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of lifting activities.Requirements:Qualification: Higher Secondary / HNC or equivalentExperience: 5+ years in rigging, including 3+ years in a supervisory rolePhysically fit for rigging & lifting activitiesCompetent Appointed Person for lifting operationsStrong English communication (read & write)Skilled in lifting plans, documentation, and supervisionValid certification from TPCA / internationally recognized bodyCompleted 5-day fresh or 3-day refresher trainingThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure is essential for this role.
