Procurement SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to fill this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing and ensuring timely delivery of MRO-category items.The successful candidate will develop a sourcing strategy, select suppliers, manage the request for proposal process, negotiate prices, and ensure timely material delivery. They will also identify opportunities for cost savings and work collaboratively with other buyers to achieve better synergies.Manage purchase requisitions and coordinate with business stakeholders for query resolution.Source potential vendors, manage RFPs, and evaluate vendor proposals based on functionality, pricing, warranty, and after-sales support.Convert PR-PO as per defined TAT, resolve queries, and plan for comparative statements.Daily review of purchase orders and verify that they meet established standards.Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Create and maintain accurate records of purchasing activities.
