Business Analytics Fellowship AssociateThe Business Analytics Fellowship Associate will participate in a structured project-based learning program to build foundational and intermediate analytics skills. This role includes working on real-world analytical projects, receiving mentorship from industry professionals, and engaging with business stakeholders to gain practical experience across the analytics lifecycle.Complete assigned analytics learning projects such as data cleaning exercises, KPI dashboards, exploratory data analysis reports, and predictive modeling tasks.Research analytics best practices, BI methodologies, and industry benchmarks to apply within fellowship projects.Prepare and present analysis results, dashboards, and models during team workshops or mentoring sessions.Work closely with mentors, team members, and business stakeholders to gather project requirements and validate insights.This role requires a graduate degree in a relevant field, including Business Analytics, Data Science, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields. Strong proficiency in Excel is necessary, along with familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools. A strong analytical mindset, logical reasoning, and attention to detail are also required.Required Skills & QualificationsA Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields is necessary for this role.
