This role focuses on discovering business rules, defining data standards, and supporting HRIS initiatives through the full project lifecycle—from discovery to go-live. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with HR domain knowledge to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesData Quality & GovernanceDiscover and document business rules and data standards for HR processes.Analyze data connections and dependencies to ensure accuracy and consistency.Build and maintain a cycle for validating and enforcing data quality rules.Stakeholder EngagementConduct discovery sessions and collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.Manage requirements through UAT and go-live phases.Ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams.HRIS ExpertiseWork extensively with Workday HRIS systems to manage data flows and integrations.Apply HR terminology and best practices to system configurations and reporting.Measurement & ScalingDevelop frameworks for measuring data quality and system performance.Support scaling of HR technology solutions across the organization.
