Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic statistical concepts related to A/B testing.Mindset: Highly curious, relentless desire to test and learn, and strong sense of ownership.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, basic HTML/CSS, or specific channel management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).What we offer: Hands-on experience in a rapidly growing ed-tech company with global impact.
