Our work spans both offline and digital content, including thought leadership reports, pitch decks, whitepapers, social media content, videos, and website copy. We collaborate closely with founders, marketing teams, and leadership to create content that speaks to customers, investors, and industry stakeholders with precision and credibility. Role Description We are looking for a full-time B2B Social Media Manager to join our team at our Pune office. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands B2B audiences and enjoys translating ideas into clear, engaging social content. You will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, creating and publishing content across platforms, and managing day-to-day social media operations. The role also involves performance tracking, refining content based on insights, and working closely with writers, designers, and strategists to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies Create and optimize content for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram Write clear, engaging copy aligned with brand voice and audience intent Design social creatives using Canva (static posts and carousels) Edit short-form videos and reels for social platforms Schedule content and manage publishing calendars Track performance metrics and use insights to improve engagement Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and content ideas Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in B2B social media or digital marketing Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and SMO Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and clarity Proficiency in Canva for social media design Experience with reel or short-form video editing Comfortable working with technical or industry-focused content Why Work at TechSampark At TechSampark, you won’t be managing generic social media accounts or churning out trend-driven content with no context.
