The company has projects in over 75 countries, employing more than 3,000 direct employees.This role requires an Urban Development Project Manager to be based at the client office in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune.About the RoleThe company has active projects with urban local bodies and government clients in multiple cities in India.The company has developed a city strategy 2030 for one of the ULBs and is assisting in its implementation.The team will work on strategic frameworks, implement impactful projects, and enhance liveability through policy advisory, e-governance, stakeholder engagement, and community-driven initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of a discrete work stream as part of a broader project.Develop hypotheses and work plans that address project objectives.Manage data collection and analysis.Develop insights from the analytical process and integrate findings into the broader project work.Build relationships between Palladium and the client's project team.Interact independently with client leadership.Identify follow-on opportunities and articulate proposed approach.Proactively seek out opportunities to be involved in winning new clients.Co-facilitate client workshops.Coach and mentor junior team members both overall and on projects.Manage and coordinate internal projects.Role RequirementsPost-graduate in Business Administration / Management with a bachelor's in engineering/ technology or related field.At least 9 years of total work experience in relevant sectors.Experience working in consulting / project planning / project management / strategic planning.Experience in similar engagement involving complete project life cycle management from strategy development to project execution, monitoring and evaluation.Experience in supporting State / Central Governments / ULBs in driving urban / economic development initiatives.Experience of working with Central / State Government Departments / Agencies / ULBs / Multilateral Donor Agencies/ International Ad Agencies / Social Organizations, etc.
