Job OverviewThis role is an opportunity to make a significant impact on talent acquisition within our organization. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and hiring top-tier talent, creating and maintaining a strong employer brand, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs. The Specialist will also play a key role in strategizing and improving overall talent acquisition efforts in line with organizational objectives.About the RoleThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and driving business growth through innovative talent solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract and hire top talent.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.Build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless recruitment processes.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for the organization.Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future recruitment strategies.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies.Experience with Hiring and Interviewing processes.Knowledge in Employer Branding to attract and retain talent.Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Effective communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage high workload and meet deadlines.Experience in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics is preferred.Previous experience in a similar senior-level recruiting role is advantageous.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
