Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Edifec Developer. This is a challenging role that requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Edifecs tools, including XEngine Server, SpecBuilder, Transaction Manager (TM), Integration Console, and Healthcare Transaction Repository (HTR).They will also possess expertise in database management systems such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server. Additionally, they should be familiar with web services using REST/SOAP, middleware integration, and programming languages like Groovy or JavaScript.Experience with EDI transactions, healthcare domain knowledge, data integration and transformation, and DevOps practices is highly desirable. A strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider workflow is essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Edifecs Tools: Utilize Edifecs XEngine Server, SpecBuilder, Transaction Manager (TM), Integration Console, and Healthcare Transaction Repository (HTR) to deliver high-quality solutions.Database Skills: Design, develop, and maintain databases using SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.Middlewaare & Integration: Implement web services using REST/SOAP and integrate middleware components effectively.Programming & Scripting: Develop scripts using Groovy or JavaScript and leverage Java when required.EDI and Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of EDI transactions like 837, 835, 834, 270/271, and 276/277, along with the healthcare payer and provider workflow.Data Integration & Transformation: Transform data using XML, XSLT, JSON, flat files, and CSVs, and utilize SpecBuilder for data mapping and transformation.DevOps & Version Control: Work with Git and modern CI/CD environments, and demonstrate knowledge of servers, logs, and deployment best practices.Contact Information: If you are interested in this position, please share your resume with us at tanu.y@nrconsulting.com.
