We distribute to 5 Crore+ Houses through Tata Play, Jio TV, Siti Cable, DEN Network.We have a Studio-cum-Office space in Green Park, New Delhi.
We are a growing team with a total of 40+ individuals, implementing Meditation as a daily work lifestyle.
About the Role:We are looking for a Digital Manager to work at the Delhi Office who has the spirit of a multi-tasker bringing together masterpieces to create a positive impact in the World through Content. We are looking out for producers who can help co-create and produce Hindi content.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Digital StrategyOversee content strategy and day-to-day execution across 4 YouTube Channels and Social channels like Facebook, InstagramPromotions strategy for monthly new TV Shows and Guided MeditationsPaid and organic search, social advertising to promote the brandOversee and manage the website design/development team to ensure the company's web presence is up-to-date, user-friendly, and SEO optimizedCreate and monitor metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and strategies, regularly review analytical reports, and utilize data to improve performance across various digital channelsStay up to date with digital trends and technologies and recommend new initiatives that will benefit the company's digital strategy.
New Video Content & GrowthDevelop monthly new videos basis top search through social and community listening to reach out to new viewers and introduce meditation & spirituality through unique approachesProvide data analysis and metric reporting for our social channels
Audience Growth and EngagementScout YouTube and other digital platforms for potential stories and trends, understand our unique audience setCollaborate with the editorial team to develop story ideas and produce engaging storiesEnsure channel branding, metadata, and video descriptions are optimised for search and discoverability in English.
Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with TV Team, Community team, and social media teams to ensure seamless coordination for distribution of storiesManage channel communications, including social media, blogs, and other owned/earned/paid mediaAttend regular editorial meetings and contribute with story ideas
Platform ManagementStay up-to-date with YouTube's features, algorithm changes, and best practicesManage and maintain the YouTube channel's overall health, including copyright and community guidelines compliance
PartnershipsTo keep a look out for all New-Age holistic living practitioners across India and the world that we can tap into and co-create content.Oversee channel business analytics, including reporting, analysis, and optimizationStay upto date with data points on Audience understanding and transform the strategy from time to time
RequirementsPrior experience in a similar industry is a plusLearning attitude for gathering Spiritual wisdom, meditating and driving a team from withinA positive, go-getter attitude that works well in dynamic situationsPrior experience of growing Digital channels with exponential growthPost Graduate degree required10+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 6-7+ years in team management.Proficiency in many social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.Proven track record of developing and managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneouslyStrong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business management toolsCreative eye for design and video content
