RPA Project Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled RPA Project Manager to lead the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) projects through all phases.The successful candidate will facilitate the mobilisation, definition, development, and deployment of RPA projects.They will lead multiple concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients, ensuring effective coordination and communication.Establishing the project management plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with stakeholders is crucial for this role.The RPA Project Manager must understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.Key responsibilities include facilitating resource planning, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.The manager will also coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables.Mitigating risks identified by the Delivery Manager is essential to avoid roadblocks during development, testing, or deployment.The RPA Project Manager will provide regular weekly status updates, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to the client and Program Manager.Identifying, cataloguing, and archiving reusable code assets and coordinating knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams is an important aspect of this role.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong project management skills with experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to understand business and technical requirements to drive project success.Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and technologies.Knowledge of agile methodologies and their application in project management.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of our organization.Others:As an RPA Project Manager, you will have the chance to work with a talented team, learn from experienced professionals, and take on new challenges.
