About UsWe are a boutique e-commerce consulting company that offers technology and marketing services to B2B and B2C businesses.Our team consists of seasoned professionals with 15 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.We cater to clients in the US and UK.Job Description:E-commerce Technical Project ManagerWe seek an experienced project manager who can oversee our e-commerce projects from start to finish.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BigCommerce or Shopify platforms.About the Role:This role requires someone who has extensive knowledge of BigCommerce/Shopify ecosystem including setup, customization, integrations, and post-deployment optimization.The successful candidate will work closely with developers, clients, and business stakeholders to create high-quality e-commerce experiences.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of e-commerce projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch optimization.Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all e-commerce project deliverables.Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver custom storefronts, APIs, and integrations.Oversee migration projects to BigCommerce or Shopify from other platforms like Magento or WooCommerce.Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery aligned with scope, timelines, and budget.Identify and implement BigCommerce/Shopify apps and third-party integrations to enhance site functionality.Monitor QA, testing, and performance to ensure flawless store launches.Provide proactive communication to clients and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.Drive continuous improvement in project processes, especially for e-commerce delivery workflows.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as an E-commerce Project Manager — managing BigCommerce or Shopify projects is mandatory.Strong understanding of BigCommerce and/or Shopify platform architecture, APIs, customizations, and integrations.Experience in migration, theme customization, and store setup on BigCommerce or Shopify.Familiarity with cross-functional teams working on SaaS e-commerce platforms.Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Proficiency in Jira, Trello, or Asana for project tracking.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good understanding of e-commerce operations — product catalog, checkout, payments, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.Benefits:We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.How to Apply:Send your resume to us.
