Deliverability Engineering ExpertThis role focuses on safeguarding inbox placement for clients across various domains. The successful candidate will require in-depth knowledge of email deliverability engineering, mail operations, postmaster roles, or high-volume outbound infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Configure and verify SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, and reverse DNS for all active sending domains to maintain a secure authentication mechanism.Coordinate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of DNS changes, ESP configuration, and mail infrastructure.Domain Management & Reputation MonitoringDevelop and implement domain warmup logic for new and existing domains to prevent IP burn and ensure safe sending patterns.Enforce throttling rules and volume distribution across domains and mailboxes to minimize the risk of spam filters.Quality Assurance & GovernanceAnalyze campaign configurations for spam and risk signals, including template scoring and subject line optimization.Implement effective template scoring checks before campaigns go live to minimize the risk of spam filtration.Incident Response & RemediationIdentify and address drops in inbox placement, spikes in bounces, or complaint issues promptly.Perform root-cause analysis and implement systemic fixes to prevent similar incidents from occurring.Reporting & DashboardsProvide clear visibility into deliverability performance by client, domain, and mailbox through regular reports.Develop and maintain SQL/views needed for internal Deliverability KPI dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision making.Training & Pre-Send GovernanceEstablish pre-send checklists for domains, lists, and templates to ensure deliverability best practices.Train SDR and campaign teams on domain safety, copy do's and don'ts, and basic deliverability hygiene to reduce the risk of spam filtration.
