Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned digital marketing expert who can spearhead our search engine optimisation and ad campaigns, driving growth across multiple online platforms.Key Responsibilities:Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to inform data-driven decisions.Optimise website on-page elements: meta tags, headers, URLs, content, internal linking, and other critical factors affecting search engine rankings.Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building initiatives.Monitor website ranking, organic traffic, and domain performance using analytics tools.Enhance site structure, load speed, and overall technical SEO health through regular assessments and improvements.Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience.Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools to inform strategic adjustments.Digital Marketing & Performance Initiatives:Design, execute, and manage ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.Configure campaign structures, ad sets, audience targeting, and budgets to maximise ROI.Track key performance indicators like CTR, CPC, CAC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, and other essential metrics.Refine campaigns to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer acquisition.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular performance reports to inform business decisions.Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
