Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous Manual Tester to join our team. The role focuses on hands-on testing to ensure our software meets high-quality standards. You will be responsible for manually identifying issues, validating features, and collaborating with teams to enhance the overall user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive manual test cases based on project requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like [JIRA/Bugzilla/etc.].
  • Conduct thorough functional, regression, and integration testing manually.
  • Validate user interface elements, workflows, and data accuracy against specifications.
  • Prepare detailed test reports and share findings with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve identified issues.
  • Ensure the product meets user expectations and complies with defined quality standards.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Manual Tester or Quality Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
  • Experience in creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
  • Ability to test web and mobile applications with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of databases and the ability to execute SQL queries is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
