Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to accurately input and manage insurance records and data within our systems, including the SIBRO software. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update insurance data in SIBRO and other databases, verify data accuracy, and promptly correct errors to ensure data quality. Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with standards.
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files systematically, ensuring proper categorization and easy accessibility of documentation.
  • Provide administrative support by assisting with various tasks to support team operations and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Manage policy information, claims, renewals, and client communications using SIBRO software, leveraging features like automated reminders, document management, and reporting tools to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record maintenance, creating and managing spreadsheets to track data trends and generate detailed reports as required.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SIBRO or similar insurance broking software is highly desirable.
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
