Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to lead daily construction activities and ensure site works align with project specifications and safety protocols.Supervise daily site operations for efficient work progress.Execute construction tasks as per approved plans, technical requirements, and method statements.Develop and implement day-to-day and weekly work schedules, manpower, and material allocations in collaboration with engineers.Maintain optimal utilization of resources, including personnel, machinery, and materials.Evaluate and verify various aspects of the construction process, such as levels, alignments, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing work.Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms.Prepare and submit regular Progress Reports (PRs) and other relevant documentation to senior engineers or project managers.Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and engineers to address site issues and maintain productivity.Required SkillsAbility to read and interpret project drawings, providing clear instructions to workers.Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting formats.Strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills.Commitment to quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
