The ideal experience in hotel design and execution candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. ResponsibilitiesSet project timelineMonitor project deliverablesUpdate relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progressCoach and support project team members with tasks you assign themEnd-to-end management of Brownfield/Greenfield civil construction projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and develop project scopes, BOQs and budgets.Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors.Monitor progress as per timelines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations duringconstruction.Review technical ID/Civil drawings, resolve site-level challenges, and ensure quality controlat each stage.Manage procurement coordination and certification of civil/ID work bills.Prepare MIS reports and project updates for senior management review.Desired Skills and Competencies:Strong technical knowledge in Architectural/Interior coordination, civil engineering and construction practicesProven experience in hotel brownfield/Greenfield Projects /commercialFamiliar with local building byelaws, NBC, and statutory clearance processesProficient in project management tools like MS Project/Primavera, AutoCADGood negotiation, vendor management, and leadership skillsStrong analytical and communication abilitiesQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceStrong business acumen in project planning and managementStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills
