Our flexible engagement model allows for remote or regional work with our global business team.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients for IT development, AI integration, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and cloud transformation projects.Collaboration: Work closely with our pre-sales and technical teams to create proposals, quotations, and presentations.Relationship Management: Manage relationships, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into long-term clients.Talent & Resource Collaboration:Partnership Development: Partner with recruiters, staffing firms, and HR professionals to source pre-vetted engineers and specialized IT talent for our ongoing and upcoming projects.Talent Alignment: Align with clients' tech requirements (React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, DevOps, QA, etc.) and ensure smooth coordination until onboarding.Status Updates: Maintain regular communication with HR and Delivery teams for status updates.Strategic Partnership Development:Network Expansion: Build regional and industry-specific networks (IT, FinTech, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.).Business Representation: Represent us on digital platforms, events, and conferences to expand the business footprint.Co-Branding: Drive co-branding or collaboration opportunities with local IT consultants and talent agencies.Requirements:Background: Strong background in IT sales, business development, recruitment, or vendor partnership.Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Technical Understanding: Understanding of software project life cycles and technical terms.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with target-oriented execution.International Experience: Prior experience in international client acquisition or resource staffing is a plus.What You'll Get:Commission Incentives: Competitive commission on every project closure or resource placement.Regional Representation: Opportunity to represent us in your region or network.Long-Term Partnership: Long-term partnership track based on performance and consistency.Leadership Collaboration: Direct collaboration with our CTO & Business Head on strategy and client onboarding.
