Drive Innovation in VLSI ServicesAs a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and delivering cutting-edge VLSI services that drive business growth. Key responsibilities include leading technical discussions with customers, securing design wins, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASIC backend processes, including physical design & verification, implementation, and optimization, timing analysis, power analysis, Design For Test (DFT). Proficiency in commercial EDA tools from Synopsys, Cadence or Siemens, as well as Verilog and standard design formats (LEF, DEF, SPEF, etc.) is also required.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend strategies with overall ASIC development goals. Experience with advanced node technologies such as 7nm, 5nm, or below is desirable. A good industry connection with EDA tool companies, foundries, and Tier 1 semiconductor companies is essential.
