The Role: Working directly with the founders, you will be in charge of the critical early-to-mid stages of the high-value customer journey, from lead qualification and strategic sales support to customer success. This role is a direct pipeline to a full-time, compensated career in high-ticket B2C sales and business development. What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities: Your focus will be on maximizing lead quality, supporting the sales cycle, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. High-Value Lead Management & CRM Ownership ● Initial Outreach & Qualification: Conduct first-contact outreach (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to high-intent inbound leads, precisely assessing their investment profile, needs, and fit for our offerings.. ● Lead Nurturing Strategy: Implement a robust lead scoring and nurturing process. Deliver targeted market reports and property information to strategically move early-stage leads through the pipeline. ● CRM Mastery: Own the CRM. Maintain impeccable records, meticulously tracking all client communication and status updates to ensure flawless foundation for closing. Deal Enablement & Sales Support Subject Matter Expertise: Become a property expert. Prepare customized property portfolios and detailed, data-driven presentations for high-value clients. Pitch Preparation: Directly assist the founders with financial analysis, deal summaries, and pitch decks required for high-stakes client meetings and negotiations. Coordination: Coordinate site visits, virtual tours, and follow-up calls. Compensation & Career Acceleration We are strictly focused on performance.
