Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.Automation Development: Collaborate with developers to create efficient test automation frameworks that integrate with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.Code Quality & Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor code quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.Performance & Security Testing: Conduct performance, load, and security testing to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities in the software.Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them efficiently.Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior engineers, promote best testing practices, and drive quality initiatives across teams.Tooling & Innovation: Research and introduce new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to enhance software reliability and user experience.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Conduct performance, load, and security testing to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them efficiently.
