  • Experience 3 to 5 yrs
  • Provide Project support and assist in the successful delivery of Projects by coordinating specific activities which could include but not be limited to ,Track, collect and publish Service delivery SLAs, document management, planning, Project level critical data tracking for the team members and Project status reporting.
  • Co-ordinate the following: data collection from the team, consolidating that data and providing summary reports for stakeholders with no compromise on accuracy, collection of information from various tools to update the project's records, project plans, maintaining document control for the Program, tracking competency development of the team
  • Supports the analysis of risks and maintains the Risk Log, as well as the Project change management process
  • Publish report on or ahead of time after internal reviews and approvals
  • Organization of meetings and tracking action items to closure
  • Candidate should be ok with rotational shifts

What you Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced features including VBA, formulas
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is a plus
