Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage all functions related to financial accounting, statutory compliances, finalization, banking, and MIS.

Skills Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce field 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Financial Accounting including complex transactions in convertible foreign exchange, Accounts Finalization, MIS, TDS, Income Tax, GST, PF, ESIC and Profession Tax 
  • Hands on on excel and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge and experience on Tally is a must (including ascertainment of which a/c. Debit and credit to pass necessary JV) 
  • Ethical behaviour.
  • Ability and experience to close the accounts for the purpose of audits including closure of all audit observations

Job Responsibilities

  • Compiling data for the purpose of GST, TDS, Companies Act, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Profession Tax compliances and coordinating with the respective consultants for the timely filling of returns/ tax payments 
  • Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.
  • Compiling financials and cost MIS from time to time and report to the same to the tope management 
  • Passing accounting entries, handling banking transactions and finalization of accounts of all companies within the group. 
  • Closure of financial audit and internal audit observations 
  • Documentation as part of accounting and statutory compliances including working files and working papers
  • Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Invoicing
  • Special Projects - Gujarat IT Subsidy & National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)
  • Documentation and working of UK accounts and coordinating with UK based consultants for timely tax filling

Required Experience

  • 3+ years experience post graduation/ post-graduation that suits the job profile
