The incumbent will directly work on building the brand as well as driving demand. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Manager who is a hands-on problem solver with exposure to performance or B2B marketing.
We are looking for a candidate who will help us build the brand by leading Marketing automation, campaigns, and on-time messaging to scale our business quickly.
You are the ideal candidate if:
•You have experience managing and running digital marketing channels within a B2B context
•You are able to extract actionable insights from internal and external data
•You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner - particularly in written form
•You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
Key job responsibilities
1.Develop and execute end-to-end marketing and growth campaigns targeting B2B audiences to increase customer acquisition and engagement.
2.Utilize performance marketing, field marketing, strategic partnerships, and other demand generation tactics, leveraging both organic and inorganic methods
3.Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates and campaign performance
4.Collaborate with external agencies to develop high-quality campaign content and assets and oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign goals
5.Conduct primary research and leverage third-party studies to gain deep insights into customer behavior and preferences. Utilize these findings to inform campaign strategies and improve engagement of prospects
6.Analyze campaign performance using reports and dashboards and Dive deep into data to identify trends, measure success, and provide actionable insights. Optimize campaigns based on such findings to improve ROI and achieve growth objectives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in using CRMs like Salesforce and other tools like Adobe Marketo, Adobe Analytics etc
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading primary research studies across various methodologies: online quant surveys, focus groups, 1:1, ethnographies, online qual, mobile- Experience with various statistical techniques (regression analysis, coefficient correlation)
