Huedlife is a sustainable personal care brand seeking a passionate E-commerce and Amazon Manager to join our team to oversee our online sales operations and drive growth on the Amazon & other marketplaces.

Location: HSR Layout Bangalore

Job type : Full time , On site

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Account Management: Manage and optimize our Amazon seller account to maximize visibility and sales.

  • Product Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to improve search rankings.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.

  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.

  • Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute marketing initiatives, such as promotions, advertising, and content marketing, to drive sales on Amazon.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our Amazon operations and identify areas for improvement.

  • Customer Service: Oversee customer service operations on Amazon to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues.

  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon vendors and suppliers.

Remuneration:

Salary : 25-35K Based on Experience + ESOP's

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with Amazon seller experience.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon seller central and seller fulfillment services (FBA).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
