TheDirector HR Business Partner will be a strategic partner to ourgotomarket function (Customer Revenue organization) and leaders.You are responsible for translating business strategy andrequirements into HR strategy plans and objectives for thefunction. As a member of the HR team the Director HRBP will supportSVPlevel leaders within our gotomarket organization and workclosely with HRBPs in region and across our gotomarket engine toensure regional nuances are well represented in strategies andplans as well as well integrated across other critical functionsand all routes to market ensuring we are keeping our customers atthe center of everything we do.This positionrequires the ability to thrive in a fastpaced everchangingenvironment while being a standout colleague with validatedabilities to multitask. Exceptional communication and people skillsare a requirement. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be aresourceful savvy professional that is committed to findingsolutions and making animpact.Responsibilities
  • Inpartnership with other HRBP s you will be supporting the Customerand Revenue organization a focused GotoMarket team made up of 3500employees globally that defines and drives performance engine andthe customer experience
  • Strategicpartner/trusted advisor to gotomarket leadership. Works closelywith senior leadership to define and execute talent strategies thatenable alignment and growth
  • Responsible forcontributing to the strategy and priorities for the HR organizationand ensuring alignment with the business strategy. Translates andexecutes global HR solutions andstrategies
  • Leads largescale organizationaltransformation and functional market activities working inpartnership with our People Solutions teams (Org. EffectivenessChange Management Total Rewards)
  • Brings anobjective perspective in managing business problems. Brings theright people and data together to shape insights regarding peopleorganizational dynamics and the business and translates thisinsight into sustainable solutions. Recognizes and effectivelybalances the client group s interests with the needs of thecompany
  • Partners with business leaders tomaximize organizational effectiveness. Leverages expertise inorganization design team development talent/workforce planningchange management to maintain a culture that optimizes employeeexperience and the passion and potential of ouremployees
  • Develops indepth knowledge of thebusiness both strategically and operationally to build consultativepartnerships with Executives and senior leaders within thegotomarket team
  • Through authenticityestablishes trust and credibility to problem solve and coach as amember of leadership team. Serves as trusted advisor to thebusiness on effective talent management inclusion and retentionstrategies
  • Advises on the design of HR productsensuring fit for purpose and outcomes meet business strategy. Leadsdelivery of programs (HR and HRadjacent) and responsible forimplementation plan for the function (annual review talentreviews). Brings a global lens to support ongoing HR processes andprocess improvement
  • Leads high impact projectswith ontime delivery measurable outcomes and impact and robustcommunication/change management. Acts as a changeagent as thebusiness continues to reshape itself with a goal of providing aworldclass customer and employeeexperience
  • Models effective partnerships withother HR colleagues and enabling functions throughout the companyto help leaders run the business
  • Offers insightbased on system thinking inquiry andanalytics
  • Brings a holistic perspectivebalancing global and regional points of view in discussions. Spotstrends proactively communicates and acts in accordance to teamoperating norms and contributes to a strong HR team across thecompany
Qualifications
  • (Preferred)10 years Human Resources experience with at least 5 years as an HRBusiness Partner in an evolving global organization. Previous HRBPexperience working with a gotomarketorganization
  • Bachelor s Degree(Preferred)
  • Previous experience as an HRBPsupporting a large gotomarket organization undergoingtransformation. Experience with software digital gotomarket motionsand talent
  • A broad base of HR experience is amust as well as a strong track record and the ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced environment with a bias towards actionand solutions in line with businessgoals
  • Experience leading organizational designchange management and organizational effectivenesspreferred
  • Experience integrating diversityinclusion and belonging into all talent strategies and ways ofworking providing insights and coaching toleadership
  • Excellent ability to sourcesynthesize and interpret data and context to tell a story andinfluence decision makers
  • Operating experiencewithin a complex changing environment
  • Indepthexperience operating within and leading crossfunctionalteams
  • Strong systems thinking highlycollaborative openminded persistent and passion for andunderstanding of our business
  • Ability to travelto the operating locations approximately20%
