**Process Excellence Manager Role**This position focuses on driving operational excellence across the organization. The role requires designing, standardizing, and governing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Designing SOPs: Develop, review, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments.Implementing Process Excellence: Standardize processes across business, ensuring alignment with brand promise, regulatory norms, and audit standards.Leading Improvement Initiatives: Identify inefficiencies and design interventions to enhance service quality, reduce waste, and improve response times.Requirements:Strong Understanding of Process Design Strong understanding of process design, documentation, and governance frameworks.Lean / Six Sigma Tools Experience Hands-on experience with Lean / Six Sigma tools (Green Belt or higher preferred).Analytical Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Stakeholder Management Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.**Education and Work Experience:**Graduate/Postgraduate Degree Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations Management / Quality / Process Excellence / Hospitality Management or related field.Work Experience 6–8 years of experience in process design, quality management, or operations excellence roles.
