Key Responsibilities: o Dashboard Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau. Ensure optimal performance and usability for stakeholders across departments. o Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze complex data to identify key trends and insights. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for business units like Sales, Leasing, Asset Management, and Customer Service. o Cloud & Database Integration: Work with Azure Cloud Data Platforms and integrate data from SQL Server, Oracle, and other structured sources. o Data Pipeline & ETL: Develop and maintain ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various internal systems including CRM, Wi-Fi, and APIs. o Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with both technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements, define metrics, and communicate insights effectively. o Governance & Documentation: Establish Tableau design standards and guidelines. Maintain process documentation, dashboards, and metadata. o Automation & Scripting: Use scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) for automation, analysis, and integration with REST APIs. o Training & Evangelism: Conduct training sessions and champion data literacy and visualization best practices across the organization. Required Skills: o Proficiency in Tableau and SQL (mandatory) o Familiarity with Power BI and MicroStrategy (preferred) o Experience with Azure Cloud services, including Data Factory, Data Lake, and Azure Synapse o Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes o Good experience working with large datasets, data wrangling, and performance tuning of dashboards o Ability to integrate data from multiple platforms including APIs, CRMs, and other business apps o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills o Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative cross-functional team Preferred Skills: o Experience with Python/C# for data automation or analysis o Exposure to property development, retail, or customer service domains o Familiarity with REST API integrations and cloud-based visualization solutions o Ability to translate complex data into engaging and effective visualizations
