**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive Tableau training sessions (online/offline) for beginners and advanced learners.
- Develop and deliver training content, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects.
- Explain **data visualization principles, dashboards, storytelling with data, and Tableau best practices.**:

- Assist learners in solving Tableau-related queries and provide hands-on guidance.
- Keep the training curriculum updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends.
- Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Customize training programs based on the audience’s requirements and skill levels.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.**:

- Strong knowledge of **data visualization, dashboard designing, and data analytics.**:

- Hands-on experience with **connecting data sources, calculations, parameters, filters, and LOD expressions.**:

- Good understanding of **SQL, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence concepts.**:

- Prior experience in training or mentoring professionals/students.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of different skill levels.
- Certification in Tableau (preferred but not mandatory).

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- **2+ years of experience** working with Tableau and data visualization.
- Experience in corporate training or academic teaching is a plus.
