Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll (US) Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain US payroll processes, including tax calculations, deductions, and payments.
Manage payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues.
Work with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Stay updated on US tax laws and regulations.
Implement and maintain payroll interfaces with other systems.
Provide support for payroll audits and reporting.
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of US payroll laws and regulations.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll (US) module.
Proficiency in configuring payroll processes, tax calculations, and deductions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in US shift timings.
