Requirements :
· Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules (Payroll and OTL)
· Minimum 4-5 implementations of the above modules across various geographies, including US Payroll
· Ability to identify and map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules
· Experience with functional troubleshooting, configuration, and conducting client demonstrations
· Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and creating OTBI reports
· Graduation or MBA (HRMS) preferred, with experience in Agile or Iterative development and multicultural teams
Must Have

Skills
· Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules - Payroll & OTL-Fusion Cloud HCM
· Minimum 4-5 implementations
· OTBI Report Experience
