System Integration LeadJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing end-to-end integration architectures and data flows, with expertise in HL7, FHIR, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL.As a System Integration Lead, you will be responsible for leading integration development, configuration, and testing. You will work closely with client IT teams (DBAs, IT Directors) and mentor junior integration engineers.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end integration architectures and data flowsLeverage HL7, FHIR, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL for seamless integrationLead integration development, configuration, and testing effortsTroubleshoot integration issues and provide technical supportMentor junior integration engineers and contribute to knowledge sharingRequired Skills and Qualifications:4+ years of experience in system integration or developmentStrong experience with HL7, FHIR, API integrationsSQL expertise (queries, stored procedures, optimization)Knowledge of Python, Java, or C# programming languagesHealthcare systems experience (EMR/EHR/RCM) preferredExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBenefits:100% Work From Home (WFH) arrangementLaptop, internet, and full work setup provided by the companyContract: 1 year (high chance of extension)Must be open to travel to Qatar for 4–6 weeks during UATOthers:Immediate joiners only
