Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned integration specialist to join our team as a key member of the revenue operations function. As an integration engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, governed integration patterns that drive business success.You will be responsible for architecting high-volume flows supporting CTI-to-CRM routing, lead ingestion, recruiter activity synchronization, and related revenue workflows.Establishing and governing integration standards, including naming conventions, version control practices, and deployment protocols.Defining, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce revenue lifecycle processes, including lead routing, call dispositions, and end-to-end Sales/Recruiting workflows.Partnering with Admin/IT teams to manage schema changes, automation governance, and system updates impacting revenue operations.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Integration Engineering, Platform Operations, or related technical functions.Advanced expertise in Workato and/or MuleSoft, with a demonstrated ability to design scalable, governed integration patterns.Strong Salesforce Admin-level proficiency, including API knowledge and complex automation troubleshooting.Hands-on experience supporting CTI solutions (e.g., Five9, Genesys, RingCentral) and managing Agentforce routing workflows.BenefitsPTR Global offers a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where engineering rigor and operational excellence directly contribute to business success.
