Analyst, Platform (Ecosystem) We are looking for a highly motivated and crypto-native Platform analyst to join our team. You will work at the intersection of ecosystems, venture capital, and community building, designing and executing high-impact programs for protocols, founders, and developers across emerging markets. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Web3 protocols to design and deliver customized programs across India and other emerging markets (e.g., accelerators, hackathons, dev activations, founder residencies). Lead end-to-end execution of these programs, including timelines, content planning, partner onboarding, and delivery oversight. Coordinate with internal teams (content, ops, investment) and external stakeholders (partners, speakers, ecosystem leads). Build and maintain strong community and protocol relationships. Support portfolio companies with ecosystem access, partnerships, and visibility opportunities. Manage platform team operations, set up internal processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration systems. Support the execution of India Blockchain Week, including managing speaker relations, developer tracks, and hackathon logistics. Contribute to annual publications such as the India Web3 Landscape Report with insights from platform-led initiatives. Provide on-ground and strategic support during large-scale events, demo days, and IRL activations. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in the Web3 ecosystem; prior experience at a VC firm, accelerator, or L1/L2 protocol is a plus. Deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, particularly in developer growth, community, and protocol positioning. Proven ability to manage complex projects, juggle multiple stakeholders, and deliver on tight timelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High degree of ownership, attention to detail, and operational discipline. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-transparency, and high-trust environment. Bonus: Experience organizing Web3 events, building internal operations playbooks, or supporting go-to-market teams.
