Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) - Sub-Contract


Location: Pune, India

Experience Required: 8+ years in Java, 3+ years in ReactJS


About the Role:

We’re hiring a seasoned Java Full-Stack Developer for a subcontract role with Volibits. Based in Pune, this role requires deep expertise in Java and ReactJS to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and maintain sophisticated applications using the latest in backend and frontend technology.


Key Responsibilities:

- Backend Development: Design and develop APIs and services using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

- Frontend Development: Create responsive and dynamic UI components with ReactJS and Redux.

- Optimization: Ensure high performance and responsiveness across the stack.

- Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other engineers in an Agile environment.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production.


Required Skills:

- Java: 8+ years in Java development, Spring Boot, Hibernate.

- ReactJS: 3+ years in ReactJS, Redux.

- Database: Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB).

- Testing: Proficiency in unit testing with JUnit, Jest.

- Bonus: Experience with Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).


Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.

- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
