The primary responsibility of the English Trainer will be to develop and deliver comprehensive English language programs tailored specifically to meet the needs of aviation personnel. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of aviation terminology, procedures, and communication requirements.Key Responsibilities:1.    Develop and implement specialized English language training programs for aviation professionals, including pilots, air traffic controllers, cabin crew, and ground staff.2.    Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, incorporating relevant aviation-specific content, vocabulary, and scenarios.3.    Conduct assessments to evaluate participants' language proficiency levels and identify areas for improvement.4.    Create and administer language proficiency tests to monitor progress and ensure compliance with industry standards.5.    Provide individualized coaching and feedback to participants, addressing specific language deficiencies and promoting effective communication skills.6.    Stay updated with the latest developments in aviation terminology, regulations, and communication protocols to ensure training materials remain current and relevant.7.    Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop supplementary training materials, resources, and exercises.8.    Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of training programs, making necessary adjustments and enhancements to optimize effectiveness.9.    Keep accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and performance.10. Liaise with aviation organizations, airlines, and training centers to understand their specific training requirements and customize programs accordingly.Qualifications and Skills:1.    Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A higher degree or certification in Aviation English would be a significant advantage.2.    Proven experience as an English Trainer, preferably with expertise in aviation-specific language training.3.    In-depth knowledge of aviation terminology, phraseology, and communication procedures.4.    Familiarity with international aviation regulations and standards, such as ICAO language proficiency requirements.5.    Excellent command of the English language, including fluency in both spoken and written English.6.    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants from diverse cultural backgrounds.7.    Effective presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions to large and small groups.8.    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage training materials, assessments, and records.9.    Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of language proficiency.10. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic aviation training environment.
