Job Title: Senior Pharmaceutical Business ConsultantWe are seeking an accomplished Commercial Pharma domain expert to support our business objectives.The ideal candidate brings strong experience working with pharma commercial teams and can translate business needs into actionable insights, processes, and solutions.Provide strategic domain expertise to commercial teams across Brand Management, Sales Operations, and Market Access.Collaborate with cross-functional pharma stakeholders to identify business problems and develop effective solutions.Analyze commercial data (sales performance, forecasting, CRM, omnichannel engagement) to drive informed decision-making.Partner with analytics, technology, and medical teams to design and optimize commercial workflows.Contribute to commercial strategy discussions, business case development, and process optimization.Evaluate commercial assets for alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Foster collaboration with field teams (MSLs, Sales Reps, FRMs) to integrate insights into commercial strategy.Requirements:5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of the Commercial Pharma lifecycle – brand planning, sales operations, field force effectiveness, promotional strategies, market access, and patient support programs.Experience supporting global or regional pharma commercial teams.Ability to interpret commercial analytics (sales trends, segmentation, targeting, omnichannel performance, HCP insights).Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders including brand leads, medical affairs, analytics, and technology teams.Good understanding of compliance principles within pharma (promotional guidelines, regulatory considerations).
