You will also need to collaborate with various factories, HUBs, Sales Units & cross-functional teams. You will be part of local management and act as a "sounding board" within the organization. Analysis and risk management will also be among your tasks.How you'll make an impact:Lead and mentor a team of Insulation & Components, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Plan and allocate resources efficiently to support global and local business needsManage end-to-end sales, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Task tracking systems, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.Provide technical guidance in team and support sales process.Drive & monitor key performance indicators such as First Pass Yield (FPY), On-Time Delivery (OTD), and EfficiencyCollaborate with global stakeholders, customers & cross-functional team to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.Develop and execute strategies for scope addition, team scaling, and long-term capability building.Create and maintain a roadmap for team growth, aligned with organizational goals and future technology trends.Identify skill gaps and implement strategies for competency development and career growth.Conduct regular team/individual performance reviews and set development plansDrive recruitment and onboarding of new team members to support business expansion.
