Deliver reliability at scale through technical excellence and forward-thinking engineering.This role lets you refine enterprise-level SQL environments, support international teams, and make your mark in the world of database performance optimization and cloud technologies.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases (2016, 2019, 2022, Azure SQL)Manage database provisioning, patching, and lifecycle maintenanceMonitor and optimize system performance, availability, and capacityMaintain secure database configurations, roles, and permissionsAnalyze and optimize T-SQL queries, indexes, and schema designsTroubleshoot locking, blocking, and deadlock issuesImplement proactive monitoring and alertingDevelop and document backup and recovery proceduresManage HA/DR solutions (Always On Availability Groups, Log Shipping, Replication)Ensure compliance with RPO/RTO requirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of experience in SQL Server database administration within enterprise or MSP environmentsStrong experience supporting hybrid environments (on-premises and Azure SQL)Technical Skills:Advanced knowledge of SQL Server architecture, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuningExpertise with SQL Server Agent, SSRS, SSIS, and PowerShell automationStrong understanding of Windows Server administration and Active Directory integrationExperience with Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, and Azure BackupFamiliarity with HaloPSA, PRTG, or other monitoring tools is an assetBenefits:Competitive packageMedical life insuranceWork-from-home setupStandard government benefitsWell-equipped officesDiverse and inclusive cultureTransparent performance managementUnlimited upskilling opportunitiesAbout Us:We are a global technology solutions provider specializing in secure, resilient, and performance-driven IT infrastructure.
