As a Pharmacovigilance Systems Specialist at ICON, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing pharmacovigilance databases and systems to ensure efficient data handling and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in supporting the organization's commitment to patient safety and effective risk management. What You Will Be Doing: - Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of pharmacovigilance databases and systems. - Ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards for pharmacovigilance activities. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance system functionalities and reporting capabilities. - Providing training and support to team members on the use of pharmacovigilance systems and tools. - Monitoring industry trends and advancements in pharmacovigilance systems to recommend improvements. Your Profile: - Bachelor's degree in life sciences, information technology, or a related field advanced degree preferred. - Experience in pharmacovigilance systems management or a related area, preferably within a clinical or pharmaceutical environment. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in database management and data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across teams. - A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all pharmacovigilance activities.
