Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary up to 30 LPA


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager Production Support to lead and manage our production support operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB). If ORMB expertise is not available, we are open to professionals with solid experience in Pricing, Billing, or Payment domains.


Note: We are looking for immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of overall experience, with strong exposure to production support management.
  • Hands-on experience with ORMB (preferred). If not, deep expertise in Billing, Pricing, or Payment systems is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of incident management, problem management, change management, and release management processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor support teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SQL, Oracle databases, and application performance monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the production support team to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth business operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day production support activities for ORMB (or related domains like Pricing, Billing, Payments).
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical incidents, driving root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational KPIs, and ITIL-based processes.
  • Drive automation, process improvements, and adoption of best practices to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on system performance, incident trends, and improvement initiatives.
  • Manage team capacity planning, skill development, and performance reviews.
