Learning Solutions Manager

At JoVE, we're on a mission to improve scientific research and education through innovative learning solutions.The RoleAs a key member of our global team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the design and delivery of high-impact learning programs. We're seeking a dynamic Training & Development Specialist who can proactively identify business needs and develop targeted training & development solutions that drive employee performance and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive training programs from end-to-end, focusing on measurable improvements in performance and productivity.Create engaging content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.Conduct thorough skill gap analyses and business assessments to design targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers.Design and execute post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application.Own and continuously improve key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion and application rates, and measurable performance improvements.Develop and scale career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines.Collaborate with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred.Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact.Ability to comprehend complex or technical information and translate it into clear, engaging, and effective training content.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?A competitive compensation package.Opportunity to make a direct impact in accelerating science research and education.Chance to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.Clear path to advance your career within the company.
