Position - Project Manager (HVAC)Position Location - Thane (Mumbai, Maharashtra)About the Role -We are seeking an experienced HVAC project manager to oversee various projects and ensure their smooth execution.Key responsibilities will include coordination with all stakeholders at the customer end, such as consultants, PMC, client chief engineers etc., for efficient project completion.A strong understanding of technical aspects of HVAC is essential. The candidate must be able to manage inventory effectively.Another key aspect of the role involves forecasting project billings, ensuring timely payments and collections.The project manager should also be able to foresee potential challenges and devise solutions to overcome them.Regular updates should be provided to customers and management regarding critical issues.Additionally, resource planning and deployment according to safety standards, ESIPL SOP, and quality installation standards should be ensured.Project closure, including handing over on time, finalization of actual P & L, and training upcoming engineers, are also important responsibilities.Education Qualification:Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical with 10 to 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry or construction industry, with expertise in project execution and a good understanding of HVAC technicalities.Strong core strength in project management.
