Job DescriptionThe Dental Billing Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the full dental billing cycle, ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders and teams. They are responsible for managing the billing process from insurance verification to claims submission, payment posting, A/R follow-up, and denial management.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the dental billing cycle, including insurance verification, claims submission, and payment posting.Supervising a team of billers and specialists to meet productivity and quality benchmarks.Ensuring accurate coding and cross-coding for oral surgery procedures.Tracking KPIs and maintaining reporting to inform business decisions.Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and payer policies.Required Skills and QualificationsA minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in U.S. dental billing, team leadership, and client communication.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve productivity and quality targets.BenefitsThe ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment that fosters growth and development.
