This role sits at the intersection of GenAI development and real-world deployment, focused primarily on crafting high-quality prompts and personas for voice bots used in demos and client environments.You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across the sales, solutions and delivery teams— ensuring that our AI voice agents are accurate, reliable, and tailored to client workflows.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with cutting-edge LLMs, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to contribute meaningfully to the evolution of AI-powered voice experiences.Requirement: 3Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - Domlur)RequirementsWhat You'll DoDesign and iterate on prompts and conversational flows for voice-based AI agents powered by STT, LLM and TTS providers (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs etc.)Build quick, high-impact demos of voice bots to support the sales team in showcasing capabilities to potential clientsDevelop and refine agent personas, voice tones, and fallback strategies to enhance user experience and reliabilitySupport the deployment of AI agents into real-world environments by assisting the Solutions and Delivery teams with configuration, tuning, and iterationConduct rigorous testing across a wide range of user scenarios to ensure robustness, edge case handling, and graceful failure modesContinuously refine prompts, fallback strategies, and dialogue flows to improve reliability, clarity, and conversational qualityPrototype and test new features and use cases quickly in a fast-paced, 0→1 environmentDocument best practices and build internal tools/playbooks to improve repeatability and scalability of deployWhat We're Looking ForStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills — you know how to break down vague requirements into concrete solutionsHunger to learn, hustle, experiment and take initiative — a true self-starterAbility to thrive in the chaos and ambiguity of early-stage startup environments and take ownership of outcomesPrior experience (or strong interest) in LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or conversational AIHands-on familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, n8n etc.)Nice to HaveExperience building or deploying voice bots or AI agentic systemsBackground in product, conversation design or linguisticsFamiliarity with prompt evaluation techniques and tooling
