Engineering Leadership OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced engineering leader to spearhead and scale a high-performing team within our fast-growing tech organization. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in dynamic, high-velocity environments, enjoy developing both people and systems, and want to help shape the product and engineering culture from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers across multiple product areas, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance.Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and engineer growth plans to ensure individual and team success.Identify hiring needs, partner with relevant teams, and drive the technical hiring process to build a strong, diverse team.Guide architectural and technical decisions for scalable, resilient, and sustainable solutions that meet business needs.Oversee end-to-end engineering project delivery, ensuring quality and predictability through efficient processes and effective communication.Maintain high engineering standards around code quality, testing, and documentation, championing best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and incident management.Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to define roadmaps and align priorities, translating complex product requirements into actionable technical plans.Communicate project progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders, implementing processes that scale with the team and product growth.Anticipate and resolve technical or organizational bottlenecks, contributing to building a strong engineering culture rooted in transparency, autonomy, and accountability.Qualifications & Experience:7–12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2–5+ years leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or equivalent.Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments, with strong expertise in modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architectures.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and efficient product delivery practices, demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and developing engineering teams.Ability to balance technical depth with leadership and communication skills, comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments.Preferred Skills:Experience managing remote or hybrid engineering teams, exposure to startups that have scaled rapidly (Series A–C+).Familiarity with data platforms, AI/ML, or mobile applications (optional), strong product mindset and a focus on customer-centric solutions.Ability to operate strategically and tactically, driving results-oriented decisions and actions.About Us:We offer a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and development, where you can make a meaningful impact on our products and services.
