our Radiology Department, a cornerstone of diagnostic excellence at Continental Hospitals. Spanning 30,000 square feet, our department is equipped with cutting-edge technology to support accurate, efficient, and advanced diagnostic imaging services.
Key Features of the Radiology Department:
- Imaging Modalities
- CT & MRI Scanners: Several high-performance CT and MRI machines that deliver superior imaging quality for accurate diagnosis across a wide range of medical conditions.
- Ultrasound Machines: A variety of advanced ultrasound systems to cater to diverse diagnostic needs.
- Mammography: Multiple mammography units offering detailed breast imaging for early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer.
- Fluoroscopy: Several fluoroscopy units for real-time imaging, used in a range of procedures such as GI studies, barium swallows, and interventional diagnostics.
2. Department of Nuclear Medicine
- PET-CT Scanner: The department also houses a state-of-the-art PET-CT scanner for advanced oncology imaging, providing critical insights into metabolic activity and disease progression.
- Gamma Camera: Equipped with Gamma Camera technology, we are able to offer detailed imaging for a variety of nuclear medicine studies.
- Advanced Imaging Systems
- Hot Lab (HoT Lab): Our Hot Lab provides a controlled environment for handling radiopharmaceuticals used in nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring both safety and accuracy.
- PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System): The department is integrated with a centralized PACS system, allowing seamless storage, retrieval, and sharing of medical images across all clinical departments.
- GE Equipment: All imaging equipment in the department is from GE Healthcare, ensuring the highest quality and reliability in diagnostic imaging.

The combination of GE’s advanced imaging equipment, a dedicated team of skilled radiologists, and our cutting-edge infrastructure ensures that we deliver top-tier diagnostic services to our patients, meeting the highest standards of accuracy and patient care.
Post-graduate qualification in Radiology (MD, DNB, or equivalent).
- 8-10 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, with significant exposure to working in large tertiary care hospitals.
- Training from a premium institution known for excellence in radiology education and practice.
- Experience in a wide range of imaging techniques, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and other advanced diagnostic tools.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies applied in radiology and their role in diagnostics.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior radiologists, residents, and medical teams.
- Valid medical licensure in [Country/Region].
