Purpose of the role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager with an MBA and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), benefits administration, learning and development (L&D), compliance, compensation, and overall HR strategy. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals, enhancing employee experience, and supporting a dynamic workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations :
Manage end-to-end HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HR records.
Oversee HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
' 2.HR Business Partnering (HRBP) :
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing HR guidance on various matters, including workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
Work closely with department heads to understand business needs and support the development of high-performing teams.
' 3. Compensation & Benefits :
Develop and manage competitive compensation packages, including base pay, bonuses, and benefits.
Lead the annual salary review and performance-based bonus processes.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
' 4. Learning & Development (L&D) :
Identify and address learning needs by developing training programs, workshops, and development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Collaborate with management to develop career paths and succession plans.
' 5. Employee Relations & Compliance :
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of workplace conflicts.
Oversee compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
Regularly update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed to maintain legal compliance and best practices.
'6. Talent Acquisition & Retention :
Support the recruitment team in identifying talent needs and guiding the hiring process.
Develop and implement retention strategies that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
' 7. HR Strategy & Reporting :
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
Create HR reports and metrics to monitor effectiveness, employee engagement, turnover rates, and more.
Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics to guide strategic decisions

Qualifications and Skills:
Education : MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR management, HR operations, HRBP, and various HR functions.

Skills :
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee benefits.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Solid understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
