Job Title: Service AmbassadorThe role of a Service Ambassador plays a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate and professional support via various communication channels.Key Responsibilities:Providing SupportRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.Offer detailed information about products and services.Solve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.Resolving IssuesIdentify customer needs and offer suitable resolutions.Elevate complex issues to supervisors or technical teams as needed.Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.Documentation and ReportingMaintain thorough records of customer interactions in CRM systems.Update customer accounts and process orders, returns or requests.Generate daily/weekly reports when necessary.Product and Policy KnowledgeStay informed about company products and services.Clearly communicate company policies to customers.Team CollaborationCoordinate with sales, operations and technical teams to resolve customer issues.Participate in team meetings, training and performance evaluations.Required Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.Familiarity with basic computer skills and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
